1.2.3 项目涉及的压力管线都通过江苏省特种设备安全监督检验研究院检验合格,压力表经 市计量测试技术研究所检测合格,取得检测证书。防雷接地系统委托 市防雷安全管理中心检测合格,取得了检测报告;可燃有毒气体均调校完毕;试运营所需的水、电、气能满足试运营的需要;试运营场所已清理干净,满足试运营的需要;安全、环保工程设施已全部竣工,将与码头项目工程同步进行试车。
1.2.4 该项目已完成了管道的试压、气密、吹扫、仪表调校、动设备试机等工作,苯与苯 xx 管道还进行了通球试验。设计、监理、施工及建设单位四方已经签署了竣工验收证书,项目施工质量符合设计要求与有关规范要求,已具备试运营的条件。
xx 码头 130m 引 223m 引桥 25m 452.814m 223m 综合 综合 xx 2 万吨级 2 万吨级 2#平台 191m 60m 18m 690m 拆船厂码头夹江 60m 1#平台 65m 44.7m 500t 1.3 3 总平面布置 1.3.1xx 码头扩建码头岸线长度为 190m,xx 码头与 xx 公司码头净约距约为 321.4m,其中 xx 公司上游端 70m 岸将作为其扩建、改造岸线,其有关手续正在进行。由于码头位于东夹江长江入口处,为不影响东夹江内河岸线开发后其船舶进出及充分利用 xx 码头与 xx 之间的深水岸线,xx 码头 190m 岸线分两部分,分别位于 xx 化学码头平台上下游两端,设有 2个靠船、作业平台,上游端平台长度为 60m,下游端平台长度为 130m。码头下游与 xx 公司码头口门宽度为 121.4m。在下游 2#码头内档布置 1 个 500DWT 化学品泊位。
上游端 60m 码头平台宽度与 xx 码头作业平台一致,为 18m;考虑内侧内港池靠泊 500t化学品船安全距离及码头装卸作业要求,下游端 130m 码头平台宽度为 25m。
码头引桥位于原 xx 靠船作业平台与新建 2#靠船、作业平台交界处。在引桥上游侧布置一个 22.1mX15.6m 的综合用房平台,与 2#靠船平台距离为 50m。
1.3.2 装卸工艺 装卸工艺根据总平面布置分别设置 1 个外档 20000DWT 泊位与 1 个内档 500DWT 泊位,两个码头泊位货种统筹兼顾。码头配备 6 根主管线,引至外档 20000DWT 泊位,在内、外档两个泊位间设有 4 根机动联通管线连接。装卸工艺根据总平面布置整体向上游平移 60m 设置了一个 20000DWT 主泊位,可兼靠 2 个 20000DWT 泊位。
1.4 4 地理位置 xx 码头扩建码头位于长江下游扬中河段太平洲左汊团结闸下游处,如泰运河河口上游1.1km 处,其下游为江苏 xx 物流有限公司化工码头,上游为泰州 xx 仓储有限公司码头,后方紧临 xx 市经济开发区。码头中心区域地理坐标为东经 119°54′,北纬 32°10′,水路距吴淞口约 203km。
5 1.5 周边环境 xx 码头 xx 码头扩建码头位于 xx 港区过船作业区,xx 港区过船作业区是专业化液体化工港区,要紧为 xx 市经济开发区服务,以化工品运输为主,码头上游紧邻团结河,位于已建成的泰州 xx 码头处,与下游 xx 散货码头距离为 191.4m。
